ATLANTA – Democratic State Senate candidate Graham Balch, a biology teacher at Grady High School in Midtown, outraised his opponent two-to-one for the reporting period ending June 30th in a contest to represent Senate District 39, which includes parts of Atlanta and East Point.
Balch said “I am honored and humbled by the contributions we received from teachers to retirees and supporters of different backgrounds united by a belief that we need more good people in government. As I visit communities across the district from Buckhead to East Point, our message of uniting for school reform, better jobs and safer communities is embraced by people who want someone to stand with them and be a real voice for the community.”
Graham Balch, an Atlanta native, is an award-winning biology teacher at Grady High School in the Atlanta Public Schools.
